The 3.6m wide 
modules were fully fitted out off-site at the factory with all plumbing, 
electrics, doors, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, and tiling pre-installed. The 
modules weighed up to 11 tonnes each. |

foundations were executed on site. The façades were clad in Western red cedar. 
The walkways were made of prefabricated steel and precast concrete decking, and

were transported and craned into position on site within a few days. The roof

The precast 
concrete walkways and the steel/timber balconies were fixed to the modules 
on-site, and external cladding installed. The lift and staircase towers was put
